lfc-server-mysql software package provides LCG File Catalog (LFC) server with MySQL database backend, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lfc-server-mysql
lfc-server-mysql is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lfc-server-mysql package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lfc-server-mysql *
You will get with lfc-server-mysql package name, version, architecture and description in a table
